We will try to accommodate to every Roaster’s choice.

If there are overlapping requests, priority will be given to order of submission.

Organiser’s allocation of booth location will be announced after all entries are received. Once confirmed, there will be no changes due to the need to prepare Festival Map earlier for marketing purposes.

We hope to seek your kind understanding.
