Event Rules

Approximately 32-35 booths
Estimated 2500 attendees a day
Venue is located within Singapore’s Central Business District

800 SGD + 18% of Sales
800 SGD will be collected upfront upon vendor confirmation
Vendors will receive, from Organiser, 2 SGD for every Event Token collected.

All sales must be collected using the Official Payment Terminal.
The Organiser will negotiate the best rates for all of the vendors and provide more details later.
Once the event ends, the Organiser will verify and process payments to all vendors within 21 working days.

Visitors will be encouraged to purchase a Tasting Cup and Event Tokens.
Visitors will exchange Event Tokens for a Tasting Cup Portion (Approx. 70ml)
Vendors can price their Tasting Menu accordingly.
(Recommended 1-3 Event Tokens depending on coffee selections)

Vendors are not allowed to provide free coffee sampling.
This is to prevent conflict with the conduct of event.

Each vendor must provide the following basic offerings:
Tasting Menu of at least 3 options, in exchange for Event Tokens.
Retail Coffee Bean Selections of at least 3 options
This is to ensure a vibrant festival environment with sufficient offerings to achieve sales.
Each vendor are encouraged to provide the following additional offerings where possible:
Wide range of Retail Coffee products such as drip bags, capsules, coffee sets and/or coffee related merchandise.
Sales of filter coffee beverages in full cups are allowed, with serving size limited to a 8 oz cup. A filter beverage menu of at least 3 options is recommended.
Any coffee-related products, goods or merchandise limited or exclusive for Another Coffee Festival 2026.
This is to ensure vendors have the necessary retail offerings to achieve the best possible sales.

Space allocation will be decided by the Organiser.

Each booth is approximately 1.7m (front) by 2.5m (deep). This will be confirmed at a later stage once the festival design is confirmed.
Each booth will come with:
4 Power Points (Max Load 3000w)
Sink Station (light washing)
Filtered Water (provided by Organiser’s Water Station)
1 Front Retail Table (approx. 1.5m by 0.6m)
1 Back Service Table (approx. 1.2m by 0.6m)
1 Chair
1 Signage (logo + country)
If there are any changes to these requirements, the Organiser will update accordingly.
