In 2013, I traveled alone to Nicaragua. I stayed on a coffee farm for three months, learning coffee production from the ground up. In the same year, I opened COFFEE COUNTY. We run shops where the process from origin to drinking coffee is cyclical, including supporting producers. The main roastery is located in Kurume City, and there are two stores in Fukuoka City. A Tokyo store opened in June 2023.
